All products can be delivered in powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel, wash down or freezer versions.

The CORE21 Heavy Duty Spiral Conveyors are in response to the need to go higher and handle more weight. The Spirals handle double the capacity of our regular spirals.

The load capacity is 200 Kg per meter of conveyor for speeds up to 50 m/min. The Total weight capacity in the spiral at any one time is 1.750 Kg.
Many times these Spiral Conveyors are so high that we divide them into separate modules for easier on site installation. Once the Spiral Conveyor arrived on site our team will connect the Spiral Conveyor modules and install it in your factory.

The Core21 Conveyors need less floor space than conventional conveyors and are faster and more reliable than any elevator or lift.The CORE21 Load Spiral Conveyors can convey cartons, cases, trays, totes and all sorts of packaged goods up or down in a continuous flow. Central to our design is the Core21 proprietary slat-style belts designed with rolling friction without any sliding movements or wear strips. This facilitates a small footprint, high speed, low noise, low maintenance and a long life. CORE21 Spirals are available in powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel, hybrid and freezer versions.

The spiral conveyor diameter is determined by the size of the loads (length, width and height) to be handled. A broad range of sizes makes the Core21 Spiral Conveyors to be viable in the manufacturing, packaging, bottling, order picking, distribution, and warehousing operations of most industries.
Spiral Conveyor Pick modules specifically benefit with vertically merging products from multiple levels onto one take away conveyor line. Accumulation of product is another benefit provided by spiral conveyors which allows increased buffer time with requiring minimal floor space.
