Double hopper secondary packaging machine

Zengran The double hopper secondary packaging machine is developed for loading of small bags into big woven master bags fully automatically. The equipment is fully controlled through PLC and HMI, convenient and simple to operate. The robust design guarantee 24x7 continuous production with high efficiency.
Workflow of secondary packaging unit: Under the control of PLC, this equipment mainly fulfills the functions of every section of the packaging machine through sensors, photoelectric signals as well as control commands according to the preset working procedures, its control principle process is shown as in the figure below:
1. Bag storage (there are 2 bag magazines, in order to prevent static electricity, it is suggested to put half ofthe bags in each spare bag warehouse, that is each time put into about 120 bags)
2. Pick the bag by vacuum sucker and place it onto bag rolling belt under control of linear cylinder.
3. Rolling the bag forward under the control of servo motor.
4. Bag pre-opening (Rolling conveyor stops when bag was detected by a photo sensor , a bag opening
manipulator insert into bag mouth after bag pre-opened by vacuum suckers on both upper and lower side)
5. Bag open widely by a tension strength from bag opening manipulator under the control of pneumatic
6. Feeding bag

8. bag clamping
9. Bag opening manipulator setback while bag clamped successfully, and the bag holding device is in place
10. Bag opening baffle falls, bag is completely open
11. Filling( sugar bags climbing to upper parts of secondary packing machine, they will be arranged as set
patterns under control of PLC, in double hopper secondary packing machine, 2 sliding hopper work
alternately to drop sugar bags into master bag )
12. Filling completed, bag opening baffle setback
13. Bag holding device moves to the outfeed conveyor
14. Forming M-bag folding by M-folding device, and guide to sewing machine
15. Bag guiding conveyor (top) + finished product conveyor (bottom) (speed should be aligned)
